NBS has been the primary school for all the children of wards no 3 of Likhu municipality. It is said that there is a quality crisis in the community-based schools in Nepal, but we have strong desires and plans to provide quality education from our school. Our school has a computer lab and library for today’s generation of students who are going toward digitalization and a variety of books for our students.
Niranjana Basic School
Shree Niranjana Basic School which is situated in Kattichhap of likhu metropolitan city ward No.- 3, Nuwakot is a government-based community school. The school is located about 1 km upside a hill far from the ward office. Being a community-based school, it has been a well-known institution as quality education in Likhu municipality. The school has been the major educational institution for Janajatis, backward families, and lower and middle-class people of this region. If we observe the total number of students, the numbers of girls are more than the number of boys. In this way, it has been clear that most girls have been studying in community-based schools.
